baked pears, slate undertones, white flowers just past prime. medium weight. builds to a rich end, baking spices on finish- not the oaky type. Very perfumey on the palate upon opening. Not so much on day 2. really unique and delicious.

Delicious chilled and just sweet enough. Really helps in cases where you have to wear business casual on a weekend!

Best Gavi we've ever had. Started during picnic on hike at Topanga State Park. Finished at Malibu Lagoon State Park. The sunset over the beach didn't hurt. Unfortunately I didn't take notes at the time, but I remember: refreshing, minerals, light lemon, medium-length finish. Wish I had more.
