Solano County Trousseau Rosé

This wine seems to change each year, orange, rose, full cluster fermentation. Anyway second trousseau I’ve had in the last month from Cali. In the best way possible I get cherry big league chew in both. This one has a ton of forest, pine juniper and fresh herbs. Maybe a hint of artichoke. I also get the slightest raspberry jam. Outstanding in any crazy description.

Rosemary and green notes, nice acid, tomato leaf… perfect w zhuzzed lamb salad w fries for lunch.
