Can’t stop won’t stop with broc! First time having this chenin and loved every step definitely a new world Chenin but in all the right ways - fleshy, layered, delish. Think lemon meringue pie with a garnish of sea salt 😋 excellent with pan roasted grouper and the six seasons kale salad which if u have never had that you must!

A bit effervescent, wet earth, apple, lemon, balanced minerality & acidity, better after open a few hours chilled but not cold #winewednesday #chenin #deedubcellar

Still Chenin is Broc’s racehorse. 2018 is complex, layered, restrained, complete. I remember 2017 having some extra umph. Lean and full of acid, it has more in common with Chablis or Sancerre than Vouvray. Lemon and sea shells, seaweed, and puff of smoke.

Pear and Meyer lemon. Buttery smooth - but not actually buttery, you know? Quite dry, in fact, and wonderful.

Crispy and rocky...bone-dry Chenin with acid firing on all cylinders...lime pith and lemon peel...no discernible wood... this wine held its own with an amazing display of nouveau Israeli cuisine...must have—cabbage rolls stuffed with ground lamb smothered with spicy tomato.,,great choice for pairing with a table full of herbs and veg

Chenin Blanc is Broc Cellars’ best race horse - both sparkling and still versions. The 2017 is hazy, unfiltered, and is significantly more pronounced (than the sparkling) with bruised and baked fruits of all kinds.

Roasted pineapple, grilled peaches, and caramelized lemon wedges. Terrific.
