Very Chenin-y. Ripe wooly apples and mineral. Limestoney texture and tons of acid. Well made wine.

Still stunning after some aging, with a nose of fresh apple cider and nutty notes, and surprisingly good legs. The color is surprisingly more akin to a Chardonnay, with golden hues, and a crisp apple flavor, medium body, and a lingering minerality of wet stone on the finish. The palate has starfruit, a little fresh papaya, and a gentle acidity. Truly a special wine.

Great great wine. Amazing citrus, crisp apples, light lemon, great mouth feel, gentle creaminess on the mid palate, but not overpowering citrus, with a nose of fresh cut apple and white flowers. Pairs well with fish!

Peaches, a hint of petrol, grass, some acidity. It’s a nice wine. Nothing extraordinary.
