Central Coast Sparkling Chenin Blanc

Uhhhhhh if this is what pet-nats are all about, what the f@!? have I been doing?! This is delish. Super bready, yeasty, and almost like honey-nut Cheerios on the nose. Don’t laugh, it’s true. Has some ginger and soy-like notes on the nose as well.. super intriguing. Palate is alive with mango, baked apple, and yeast.. though it’s dry, there’s a resounding note of hard caramel candy on the back end. Superfine bubbles. Forget the bubbles - this bottle is superfine. Hells yeah.

Goddam, Chris. This is good, again! Lovely spiced pear and ginger and a hint of almost off-dryness. I want more.

I’ve had some kickass bubbles in 2018 but these are the most fun by far. Thanks @Sarah O'Kelley for carrying such an amazing selection! 🥂🎆🎇
