Amore Bianco Fox Hill Vineyard Tocai Friulano

Fresh and lemony, with a crushed stone mineral weight. Really liked it, but there was a certain flatness that prevents me from wholeheartedly recommending it. But will absolutely buy again.

Little funk to end the weekend

3rd year in a row for this one. Bright stone fruit, some lemon and floral. Soft acidity, light funk. Gets better each year. With takeout ramen.

This year’s Amore Bianco is a different blend: 40% Ribolla Gialla, 36% Tocai Friulano, and 24% Trebbiano. I like it better. More floral, less funky. Salty.

Fresh, floral and lemony. Strong jasmine notes. I need more of this

Broc’s take on a natural orange wine, and it is indeed very orange. Muted citrus, a little sulphur on the nose. 60% Tocai Friulano, 30% Trebbiano, 10% Ribolla Gialla. The first Broc wine I’m not crazy about.

Holy jasmine green tea! Lemons, lychee, a bit of tropical fruit, straight up flower stems. Literally smells like jasmine green tea while cutting the stems off a flower bouquet. Overall pretty good.

salty lychee, lemon squeeze, underripe pineapple, crushed rocks, white flowers, touch of rose water. perfect with sushi!

色は黄緑色っぽい。
パイナップルのニュアンス。甘さも苦味も絶妙。そして、滑らかで上質感のある旨味。最後はライムストーン的なミネラル。
これは旨い。
