130-year-old vines and 100% carbonic make for an absolutely delicious wine. Massive concentration and intensity, but only 12.8%!! Perfectly ripe plums and black cherry, florals, and rich turned soil. Fresh juicy acid and some VA keep things quite high-toned and sprightly. More please!

Tasting good now. Excellent bright cherry, definite barnyard after a few hours of air. Still with tons of acidity. A really great wine.
