Alexander Valley Carignan

This is lit, y'all. Tight, ruby red, beautifully wound spice and energy. Buoyant, bouncy, with a serious edge. I'd drink it every day all day. #yolo y'all.

There's a verve running through this wine! So excited to see this on the list at Water and Wall! (Sadly this was the second to last bottle. Saving the rest to drink tomorrow and looking forward to see this evolve!)

Of the recent Bonne'd wines I've had lately, this is one that really delivered. Crisp, cool toned fruit, strong acid, and really worked well with all the rustic dishes from veggies to proteins. Carbonic character was not super pronounced.

Good stuff

This is excellent with some age. Acidity is more mellow. Tons of cherry, rhubarb, menthol, with a hint of blackberry jam. Excellent and drinking well right now.

Dark blackberry deliciousness on this carbonic macerated old grape juice. Complex. Balanced. Amazing!

Wonderful but too young. Buy and lay down.

The label fits it perfectly. Earthly, vines, fruit and plants. Has a taste of wine soaked fruit. Really, really good.

This the best carignan I've had. Beautiful cherries, some good funk, nice acid, good tannins, just great.

Very drinkable. A bit tannin-y
