First experience with a wine from Bosnia-Herzegovina, the grape Zilavka and the producer Brkic. Love the inscription on the back label, "I will make wines likes this or I will not make them at all."

Oct 7th, 2014Definitely my first wine from Bosnia, and it’s good! Balanced, with some interesting bitter oakiness under the acidity. Dry and a little dank. Strong yellow color. Musty finish. Not like anything I’ve had before. With Matlaw’s stuffed scallops and a simple salad.
