@john&stacy brilliantmistakewines rockin it down in Búzios, Brazil. With seafood, this wine blows up. Arguably, the best SB we have tasted from the US!
Citrus and grassy notes on the nose. Peach syrup and passion fruit on the palate, but not overly sweet. Excellent!

Tremendous complexity. Highly recommend. Considerably much better then the 2016. Bravo...

No mistake here at all. Sit in the background enjoying a Brilliant (pardon the pun) Napa SB.
Nose and palate are dominated by crisp, tart green apples. Guava presents on the mid palate, and finishes with lychees and bright acidity. Wonderful SB example from
@john&stacy brilliantmistakewines.
Wifey’s besty in the background.

Owners of Brilliant Mistake hosting the dinner for their latest release of the 2017 which was bottled 2 weeks ago (John and Stacy).
While not as racy as the 16, this presents with more stature, restraint and grace. Hints of gooseberries, grapefruit and lemon zest. Oak treatment is so subtle it’s hardly perceptive. Finishes with white flowers, peaches and citrus blossom. A party in your mouth for sure.
