Tropical fruit on the nose, creamy palate with a nice caramel finish. Luscious mouth feel and super creamy. Loved it.

A great food wine with minimal oak, no butter, and apricot flavors with a grapefruit finish. A Chard for those who hate California Chards.

Apr 14th, 2019Really enjoyed this Chardonnay. Oak, vanilla and caramel; very smooth yet grown up at 13.9%. Had a bonfire earlier tonight and this echo is perfect.

Fun, delish Chardonnay. Bright orange blossom and lush orange fruits blend really nicely with lovely layers of vanilla and just a hint of caramel. Though the flavors sound like they would lend to a sweet wine, it's not that sweet, just really a nice wine to sip alone or pair according to flavor profile. For me, I definitely pick up a bitter undertone, but I'm rather sensitive to bitter tastes.
