Cuvée du Tonnelier Ribbon Ridge Pinot Noir

Black raspberry. Herbal. Bay, spearmint. Mineral. Some baking spice. Nose is a little pinched. Beginning to fade after a couple days open.

Fine OR pinot; fabulous nose already showing tertiary notes, palate is supple & structured with light tannin around a cherry liqueur core. Peppery finish. Lovely if a bit simple.

This just never disappoints.
