Cascadia Ribbon Ridge Chardonnay

A little funky, that didn't hurt this wine though. Nice citrus and stone fruit that's carried along by wonderfully integrated acidity.

Focused and acidic with tons of bitter minerality. Old world in style.

Perfect with a variety of seafood. Bold enough to stand out with oysters and linguine with clams and subtle enough to work will with my halibut entree. Good value too. Respect to the Willamette Chardonnay!

2011. Damn near perfect.

Wonderful with fresh spring Oregon sockeye salmon!
