Bressan
Carat
botanical garden: mint, basel, eucalyptus, lavender, cloves. Then some honey, caramel, a slight-to-me-great oxidation. Sounds of applause.

Jul 16th, 2014One of two remaining bottles of Bressan that will be my last, as I’ve just learned of his fascist and racist tendencies. While it’s hard for this brown guy to enjoy a wine made by a vehement racist, I’ll try to be fair: an elegant skin contact wine, truly deep orange color, but not as complex as his reds. It does open up and reveal more over time and at the right temperature. Needless to say I won’t be supporting this producer again.

Aug 21st, 2019Clean and clear. Complex. Notes of cement and vanilla. Changes as you’re drinking it.
Beautiful orange that tastes and smells of honey
