I should start by saying that I am not, at all, a Chardonnay drinker. It’s not a grape that I enjoy, but I’ll never turn down a free bottle of anything. That said, this Chardonnay is more enjoyable than most I’ve had. Bright, crisp notes of green and yellow apple, pear, nectarine, and lemon and lime zest. Toast & buttered bread come through on the finish. Sharp, acidic front with a creamy finish that lingers. Subtle caramel and flint.
