It’s got the mouth watering effect you want from Riesling some weight and texture from the semillon. Ripe melon, flowers and a finish that sticks. Textures unite!

Not a common blend (or coferment for that matter) but I just want to drink this for days with some carne asada tacos, onion, and lime. Crunchy sea spray character with some texture from a day or three of skin contact
