Mar 31st, 2018I have to admit, I’m a sucker for these cute 200ml bottles. Brancott Estate was formerly known as Montana and this bottle of their Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc Brut caught my eye at the Nelson airport and I couldn’t resist!
It’s a lemon lime colour on the eye. The nose is rather tropical and fruity with pineapple and lemon sticking out for me. In the mouth it’s vibrant and refreshing with a smooth mousse (mouthfeel). The passionfruit and minerality stick out for me. And #justsayin - it went down mighty fine as a 11am tipple!
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine #tctastingnotes
