Limonte Grignolino d'Asti

Definitely a summer afternoon wine with a Margherita pizza. Light sour cherries, strawberries, some white pepper, fine grain tannin profile, saline, dry top soil, rose petals, big acidity and a pleasant finish but a bit uneventful.

Refreshing, happy, light, summery

Strawberry nose, light color like a very light rose, soft, gentle flavor, a little astringent in the mouth, brings out spices in salami very nicely, refreshing

pale red, fruity, strawberry, high acidity and significant tannins, good for appetitive, alcohol a little bit too high

Enjoyable, mineral and a tad dry. Unique. Sort of fruit start that quickly fades away.

Dry, very mineral, but enjoyable.

A fun wine!
Young, lively with an aromatic nose full of flowers (roses, lillies), strawberry, red cherry. There’s also some tar and resin (a very slight nebbiolo-hint), licorice, aniseed and something reminiscent of amaro.

Smokey pomegranate and dried cranberry. Earthy and smooth tannins.
