North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep Ruby color with aromas of dark black fruits, herb and pepper spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and plum with cacao, leather, tobacco and black pepper. Firm tight tannins, medium+ finish with fruit and spicy ending.

Normally this is a so-so cab but with 11 years of age it is a nice drinking wine.

Had to let this one breath a little, came out just a touch tight. Great earthy notes with tart currant and bramble berry.

Fruity and rich.

Label is classy. Color is deep and dark. Aroma is berry molasses and leather. Flavors are good. Classic Cab. Blackberry and mocha. Balance is decent. A simple sipper with some zip.

With rack of lamb and steak au poivre, a perfect choice. At Curly’s.

fruity needs to be opened for full potential

Ok cab. Not much complexity. Lower tannins and fruit.

Very fruity with a light body. Very quaffable.
