Fresh Cherry & kirsch on the first nose. Tobacco, tomato, leather, mushrooms, wet earthy notes, wax on the second nose !
Acidity and alcohol still present !
30 years and like a young and wise man.
Brilliant !

An amazing bottle after the funk blew off. Took around 20 minutes. Iron fist in a velvet glove! Beautifully balanced. Secondary and tertiary flavors. All of us stunned into silence

Light brick hue with soft watery orange edges. smooth tanins and nice surprising acidity for a 30 year old wine. marascino/cherry, leather, tobacco, wet earthy notes with hints of tomatoes and spices.
A beautiful bottle that could be kept another 5 years.
