Refreshing bright red fruits. Not much on the earthy spectrum. Nice wine, but not all that complex.

Aging so gracefully! Loved the elegance. Enjoyed it on New Year's Eve with cranberry glazed ham. Perfect pairing.

2024/9/18. Compared to the dark, brooding Lavieres, this is much more red and open-knit, which I appreciate overall. There is still some powdery tannin, with a woody stone fruit pit character, and dense fruit. There’s also a notable floral note (rose?) with the red berry and cherry on the nose. The acidity is crisp. This would definitely benefit with more time to integrate, but is more approachable than that Lavieres (or at least the bottle I had)

Even though the fruit kind of faded out already, but the tannin is still present. It taste a bit disjointed from the aroma character as it smells somewhat more evolved than the flavor. It is actually enjoyable in a pure and simple way.

Beautifully smooth tannins and a mellow finish. Secondary characteristics beginning to show already but could use a few more years in the cellar. Worth every cent and more
