Mushroom, strawberry, violets, cherry, med + tannin (surprising), forest floor and minerals. Subtle, but awesome. Big fan.

Only got to taste this before, now ive gotten to really get acquainted. On the nose this wine is graceful. Tart sour cherries and strawberries. A fresh cranberry note. A warm earthy note. Wet mulch and disturbed earthiness with a spicy wood element. A slight salami/cured meat tone. The palate is rhubarb and pomegranate oriented with the ripe cranberry and tart cherry tones. Salinity and meat on the midpalate. Truffle and baking spices linger in the finish. This wine, is why im bat shit crazy about wine. The 11 is no match.
