Bright ruby red. Nose is a bit shy as I chilled the bottle a bit too long, but yields a grapey raspberry cherry. Palate echoes the nose. Medium plus tannins. Medium plus acidity. A “serious” Nouveau from the good folks at Bouchard Aine. Enough so to serve with a formal meal. Make this your go to when Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrivé next year. Sorry, Georges!

Delicious nouveau. Bold nose of ripe bananas, ripe red fruits, bold acidity, and a lingering tingle connected to flavors of plum, cherries and raspberry jam. Solid.

2019 tasty pinky red in color, ever so mildly sweet with strawberries and ripe kiwi. I think it is my favorite beaujolais ever. 11%
