Dry and aromatic; nose has typical Alsatian petrol Riesling notes. Zestiness to the palate with tangerine and orange blossom and a chalky, slate finish.

Oh boy, a magical glass of golden raisins, figs, honey and key lime zest! Zip of acidity like lightning on the palate, for such a candied sweet nose it's still so dry and crisp, yet richly flavored and layered. Drinking marvelously.

Lead and dried margerum. Absolutely excellent. Went incredibly well with prosciutto and gruyere with some garlic crackers.
