Great aromas - plum, berries, a hint of spice. You can feel the 19 months of oak aging. After 4 years I think this wine reached its best shape. Very good Cabernet Merlot!

Beautiful nose very plummy with blueberries upfront then little smokiness and oakiness on mid palate medium body silky . Love it second day.

Oaky, mild chocolate and vanilla, would be good with sharp cheese (cheddar). Delicious! Best on the second day!
