The wine does indeed have quite the nose, with Meyer lemon, minerals and a fine salinity to its credit. The palate brings a saline sensibility to the stone fruit and minerality, and the mouthfeel is fairly hefty - especially for a white wine. The finish keeps the minerals in mind, with a hint of apricot

Lemon, peach, guava, white flower, wet stone, a bit of bitter grassiness/herb on the mid palate. Nice salinity!

Weird stuff. It’s fun to try different wine. Very low acidity, like taking a bite in a pear. And apple.

Familiar chardonnay-like aromas, maybe some mellow oak.
In the mouth what really stands out is the texture- creamy and silky like fresh whole milk. You almost want to chew it! There is a nice little cinnamon tingle on the finish. This seems like a great wine to have in your food pairing repertoire as a sommelier. Bonus points for the $19 price at whole foods.
60% grenache blanc, 32% vermentino, 8% clairette blanche and 13.5% abv
