Dusty, slightly funky, sweet cherry, cassis and perhaps bell pepper notes in nose. Cherry, cassis and later green plum flavors with length in mouth, Chewy medium weight tannins with cherry, raspberry and mustard greens on finish. Fun to see them doing unfiltered wines. Aged this a bit but not sure about the results. No discernible wood, malolactic or such. Inexpensive, worth trying whatever vintage you can find

Delicious, tight, and simple. Though it's concise and to the point, still interesting. Something vegetal and slightly funky in there. Berry and bell pepper twist in tandem around my tongue. And of course you can't beat the packaging.

Black currant, blueberry, dark chocolate, wet stones. Another smokin' vintage and deal.

Very proper indeed. Cali fruit but restrained. Lovely herbal component as well

A little hot for only 14.5. Smooth, just hot finish...

The label is so cheesey but I still like it more than some of these other pertenious wineries.... This is a great value too. Lots of green pepper which you should get from a nice cab, and then the rest of the blend smooths it out. It's full and rich and has a great character for the price range.

Firm, savory and brutish. Black currant and cherry fruit, vegetal notes, cedar, tobacco, mint and dill. Medium weight and acidity, fruit rounds out with air. An irreverent wine.
