Bonnet Rouge
Gamay Noir
On the lighter side, touch of fruit but still dry with medium acidity, oak & tannins. Not bad.

I'm a nut for those so...also you get medium plus acid medium minus tannins and all the perfectly-ripe-yet-still-firm berries you could wish for. Even on night two of sipping. I will be on the lookout for more from Bonnet Rouge.
