I've opened a couple '07s lately and this is in a much better place. Ripe, lush, velvety blue and black flavors, incredible mouthfeel and perfect weight.

Double decanted 2 hours before serving. The nose was huge with aroma of spices. It was almost chewy in my mouth. Continued to improve even after another 3 hours!
