Nov 1st, 2016The St Eden was one of 2 (the Vecina) that I couldn't identify as coming from a terrible vintage, and could stack up against some of the best. Big, vanilla and liquorice nose. Some mushroomy notes, earthy dark cherry. Very ready now, may improve a bit.

Sep 20th, 2015Bold wine; rounded tannins; spicy. Really quite delicious. Also had the Melbury, Quella, St. Eden and Pluribus. All 2011.
