Palate is still vibrant with dark red fruit and herbal, rustic tannins. Made in a very elegant, clean style. Very enjoyable, though I’m not sure it’s improved a whole lot with time; the nose showing some bramble fruit, herbs, tamari, game and a hint of flowers emerging only after four days.

Lovely notes of sweet red cherries, roses, violets with nicely structured tannins and interestingly some vanilla notes as well

10 years too young and as a result still quite tannic, but well worth it, if only for the label.
