Came in a really cool James Bond box with an awesome lifting mechanism!
Great start to the holiday season! Medium gold color. Classic Bollinger nose. Wine is very complex with brioche, nuts, apples, peanut butter, and lots of caramel. Dessert in a glass! I don’t think this has much aging potential so drink up!

The name’s Ball... Jeff Ball and I found this champagne to have quite a bit of yeast and some caramel on the nose and palate. It was surprisingly syrupy as well.

Bond ... James Bond! A very fruity nose, apple pear flavor. Subtle bubbles, an incredible aroma that remains long in the mouth. he
gives the impression of biting directly into the bunch of grapes with a full tooth! An experience of freshness for a vintage that is 9 years old, a marvel!
