Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Dried apricots in nose and mouth, pear and apple flavors, lemony finish, slightly tart, some herb and hay on the finish and aftertaste. Reasonable varietal character here. Very good value.

Acidic bite up front that mellows as you swallow.

Pear, citrus (grapefruit, lime), with light pineapple. Very crisp but not overly acidic. A touch sweet. Good value for $9 but nothing special

2015 vintage (not sure for this vintage but according to the website for the 2016 the fruit was sourced from Monterey, Russian River Valley and Clarksburg). 100% stainless steel, cold fermented. Discrete nose (especially for Sauvignon Blanc), fresh and lemony. Crisp and clean citrus fruit and a hint of exotic fruit in the middle taste. Simple but attractive. About 15 euro. Abv. 13,5%.

A near-perfect SB with subtle lemon lime flavors and a crisp, grassy mouthfeel.

Overall kind of muted, a little light on the fruit & acid with a medium minus finish.
