Very pretty and complex nose of spice, florals, chestnut, old wood and baking spices, cherry flower. Palate is supple and open with terrific sappy fruit and energy. Deep fruit. As it opens the spice becomes so intoxicating. Cuts a swath across the palate and has dazzling purity and freshness. Really leaves such a fresh impression on the long finish. Big tannins and lovely mid season cherry and spices in the mid and fan onto on the finish.
