Very good glass of cava. Well balanced with sweet orange zest, acidity and almond bitters. Nice subtle mousse. Very fresh.

Pale yellow. Brioche, toasted wood, mixed flowers. Well balanced sweet, sour and bitters and a longue finish (minutes).
