NURIA Claverol vintage 2004 - minerals, a lot of flowers in the smell, lively wine, very nice

Yellow with green. Micro bubbles. Slight sweet fruity. Peach citrus, chalk, minerals. Gentle acidity. Dry. Fresh and Delicious CAVA. Finish includes toast. Cava Nuria Hometage Gran Reserva SUMARROCA @5665, Toscan, 240824-240907

Very good glass of cava. Well balanced with sweet orange zest, acidity and almond bitters. Nice subtle mousse. Very fresh.

Pale yellow. Brioche, toasted wood, mixed flowers. Well balanced sweet, sour and bitters and a longue finish (minutes).
