Valdehermoso Crianza Ribera del Duero Tempranillo

Dominated by dark fruit, blackberry, black fig, dried prune; slightly dried green herbs note on the nose. Vanilla, cocoa powder, licorice, hint of balsamic and soy sauce. Full bodes red with med plus acidity and tannin.

Big bouquet -- excellent with lamb (or any other grilled meat). Long finish.

Très intense au nez et en bouche. Les arômes de baies rouges et d'épices sont bien présents. Un vin équilibré grâce à l'acidité finale. Petit bémol, une faible persistance en bouche, dommage !

Meaty soy, sorrel, plum, magenta, meaty sticky raspberry, acid over tannins

Full bodied, jammy, deep purple/red, strong fruit preserve in the nose, hints of vanilla, long finish, noticeable tannins. Fantastic value, easy drinking right now but complex and interesting.

Perfectly paired with grilled chicken legs. BlackBerry, leather, balsamic, and prunes. Tannins are still showing so needs some breathing or more aging. Very good

Very smooth, tasty Tempranillo! A Wine Wednesday fave!

Spicy and fresh. Some cherries and herbs, though a bit of an astringent finish.
