Too bad……. We all know that feeling I guess. The feeling I wish I had, more, bought more. But this was my last bottle of this fantastic wine. It is, as many other 2005s, in a great spot now. Evrything is there: ripe black and red fruit, sandalwood, tanins very well integrated. It worked great with a CdB cooked perfectly with Bearnaise sauce. So this morning I checked and double checked but no luck. They are gone. All of them. Making me wish I had…….

Dry, medium plus acid, pronounced tannin, high alcohol, medium plus body, pronounced intensity, long finish.
Quality Outstanding.

Jan 9th, 2020Una añada, calificada como excelente, que presentan una buena intensidad colorante, importantes notas frutales en nariz y un potencial tánico alto en boca con taninos dulces que indican la buena maduración fenólica de las bayas.
Excelente para un buen queso de Cabra o un buen plato de fiambre...
