Sweet raspberries and early picked blackberry. A little rusticity brought by stem inclusion juxtaposes the fruit with an herbal backdrop of woody sage and lavender. My first taste of Bobol. It could be a cousin to young Grenache. So much value in this category of fresh, pure, Spanish reds - fruit driven but structured and meant to be drunk right away.

Took a while to open up. The longer I let it sit the better it was. Easy to drink but I didn't I don't think it brought much. I'd like to try an older year.
