Thank you Appie. On day one this was too young. On day two: graphite, black olives, thyme. Long, chunky and very tasty.

Ribera del Duero Neo from Bodegas Neo shows purple/black in the glass with dark fruits, blueberry & blackberry, some vanilla, earthiness and some licorice. Full-bodied with a long finish.

This is such a beautiful wine, it has a full but soft body, and taste delicious (fruity, light full bodied at the same time). Went perfect with or without food for us. riberas are well known for a certain dry finish but it has a good balance on this one: rounded yet dry, true to Riberas!
