Jun 26th, 2025It was… Fine. Didn’t do anything for food, and had sort of a medium body, a fruity start, with a fairly unremarkable finish. Fine, but not some thing I need to try again.

Very saline wine. Med high acidity and not very tannic. Not very fruity for mencia but with some black fruit notes. Quite like the saltiness and minerality. I’m impressed.
