Inky purple pour. Aromas of dark berries, leather, smoked meats, spices and fennel. Big personality with a healthy dose of acidity and notes of cedar, chocolate and tobacco. Not very fruit forward. Long lasting mouthfeel. Quite bold but very enjoyable with a rich, hearty meal.
