Soft fruit, low acid, very light tannins. This is a well balanced wine perfect for the weeknight.

Made with 65 yrs + vine, fermented in stainless steel tank and concrete vats, dark burgundy in color, quite opaque, loads of raspberry and cranberry, more structured with medium to full body, smooth mouthfeel with mild acidity and tannin, soft and juicy, the wine to get the conversation going with a jamón and Manchego plate.
