Oak dark fruit, jam, maybe a hint of black currant and licorice on the nose. More oak and dark jammy deliciousness on the palate. A touch of spice, but mostly oaky jam. It should pair very well with the rare T-bone about to join it in my face. If you will excuse me, I think I need to be alone for this...
