Dec 2nd, 2020A beautiful and sentimental wine for me. Rich, with floral and graphite notes on a backbone of subtle black fruits. Texturally very elegant with big but silky tannins.

For those not familiar with Spanish wine terms "Joven" means "young" in English and is a wine at a minimum released for sale in the year following the vintage of the wine. So we have fresh and ready to drink immediately wine that is not meant to be aged. If you think about it globally the majority of wine for sale is Joven wine.
Here we have fresh crushed raspberry, bing cherry, and some sweet mint. Medium acidity with fine supple tannins we are ready to go here!
