Dry PX so very different in profile to the usually sweet PX (which is delicious over ice-cream!). This is dry but fat with oak. Tastes and smells like a relative of the sherry family. There is some dried fruit and orange on the nose that continues to the palate. The oak is forward but once you get past it the orange notes appear. I like it! It’s a wine for food pairing or for sherry lovers.
