A more throaty robust expression of mostly dry oloroso; burnt toffee, roasted mushroom, still a delicate edge to it all. Made from px grapes & not palamino as they do in Andalucia, which always fascinates me. Just a wonderful way to spend 17$

Lighter and fresher than Amoncillado. Great acidity. Cleaner flavors with food. Very nice balance. Really nice wine. Very smooth on palate.
