PX1979 // de color muy apagado, muy caramelizado con unos leves rasgos de madera muy tostada de gran densidad, en nariz con notas de panela, ligeramente a miela dos, con notas ligeramente alcohólicas, en boca muy marcada la azúcar morena, la panela, con una acides muy noble con una persistencia media!!
