Deep Ruby with youthful aromas of black fruits, smoke and blossom spice. On the palate ripe berry fruit with vanilla and nutmeg layering on tobacco, smoke and espresso. Generous acidity on fine soft tannins, long finish ending with an earthy fruit flair. Nice value! Good to drink now should improve nicely over next few years!

Ripe raspberries and cherries verging on jam. Anise as well as toasty, smokey oak with some vanilla.
Supple on the palate with good balancing acidity and tannin with sweet oak notes layered in. Alcohol is more noticable than I would like.
Ripe but elegant Rioja with excellent oak integration. Excellent with lamb loin chops and Manchego.
