[SAN PABLO-Single Vineyard] Blind tasted futures, still in barrel but got a sneak peak. Spicy aromas, like dipping your nose in a pepper grinder. Tannins firm and chalky, a touch on the green side. Finish is lingering. As it warms, spice shows through. Can't wait to see how it turns out in bottle.

On a second tasting, beautiful aromas of chocolate, cherries and thyme. The flavour was as soft as cherry juice. Delicious with any meat - it coped with spicy merguez.

Very dense and dark wine with a lot of blueberries in the nose and on the palate, still young but accessible with a little bit too much Alkohol, deep, quite long finish for such a young wine. Developing good with air. Give it a few years and it might be a great wine

In the midst of fortified study. This wine though provides a great upfront blueberry and blackberry combo, smooth, silky tannins, plenty of acidity. Velvet mouthful and well structured with alcohol. Very enjoyable and easy to drink.
