Impossible Amphora Orange Garnatxa Blanca

@Delectable Wine This orange wine is named “Imprevisible” not “Impossible.” Nose was a little oxidative and raisiny at first but with air that dissipates and then nice golden plum and moist soil notes. In the mouth it’s dry and has flavors that almost remind me of highly diluted Irish whiskey. Interesting (my go-to observation for most orange wines).

Like a Smokey cocktail. Dry. Not like any wine I’ve had before
